Noora Health (www.noorahealth.org) empowers family caregivers to take better care of their loved ones post discharge from a hospital. I worked at the intersection of strategy and design, launching Noora's proprietary products and services into new regions and hospitals. This included developing 3-5 year strategy plans, designing, piloting, and implementing different delivery models, managing partner relationships, building a strong trainer community, and growing the Noora team.

Worked with the Member of Parliament of Jaunpur (UP) to execute strategies for constituency development. Wrote research briefs and speeches on key sectoral issues (public health, energy, finance) for parliamentary interventions, committee meetings, and national/international conferences.

Led the antiviral data analytics team to support product launches and growth for several drugs of bio-pharmaceutical companies in the US.
