Worked with clients ranging from micro-finance players to digital banks. Supported roll-outs of new digitally-enabled financial products and services, digital transformations, agile delivery of a new digital bank, and capability building for recruitment of tech talent.

Responsible for identification of growth hacking and gamification strategies for the platform, and for a product redesign process involving multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors. Supported identification and prioritization of specific product innovations and fixes during the critical competitive exam season. Also worked on Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, Remote Sales, and Content Development for Education platforms.
