Lead a 20+ member team to drive SBI credit card sales growth by increasing market penetration and developing business opportunities, while ensuring an optimum cost of account acquisition and a healthy mix of products. Efforts resulted in a 240% growth of card accounts at the territory assigned to me. I was responsible for supervising and supporting Tata Tea Premium’s activation plan to improve consumer awareness for the brand in Bundelkhand and Bareilly.I engaged closely with consumers and trade to collect insights into purchase behavior; Analyzed market feedback and worked with brand manager to develop strategies to improve market share.I was involved in evaluating efficiency of activation phase and provided recommendation for improving sales coverage and marketing activities.
