Numerical calculation of plasmon resonator modes with finite-difference methods. ( C, python, Matlab) Analyzed surface plasmon mode propagation in various waveguide geometries. Calculated mode profiles. Developed novel leakage radiation microscopy technique & built the set up to image surface plasmons. Fabricated CMOS compatible surface plasmon sources & detectors based on tunnel junctions.

Developed an adjoint code for a variable grid VTI RTM forward propagator. Application in multiple imaging and velocity model building algorithms. (LSM, FWI, WRT)

Designed & built a setup for magnetic force microscopy on magnetic memory (MRAM) with applied field. Collaborated with a team of process engineers in calibrating fabrication steps with atomic force microscopy.
