Oversaw and coordinated a 30-member cross-functional project team (including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety) to ensure overall Project Delivery in partnership with the Project Manager. - Established, sustained, and revised financial tools to track project budgets, identify and record out-of- scope services, and assist in Change Order preparation for a Multiple Myeloma Cancer study with a $50M USD budget, an Analgesic study with a $15M USD budget, and Tay-Sachs disease study with a $20M USD budget. - Managed dozens of unique clinical study databases which involved collaboration with functional leads for source data verification and oversight of daily updates of clinical trial deliverables and milestones. - Led weekly meetings with the project team to resolve issues and with the cross-functional team to identify and reduce risks associated with clinical trials. - Ensured patient safety by executing standard operations procedures (SOPs) and ICH/GCP best practices in assigned responsibilities - Produced several newsletters updating and reassuring the client on the status of the $50M USD cancer clinical trial. - Managed timely approval and tracking of pass-through invoices in accordance with the executed Clinical Trial Agreements, tracking supplies, invoices, and budgets relevant to vendor management - Collaborated on presentation content and delivered multiple training sessions for functional leads - Formulated required project systems, SOP indices, and study team lists to improve the patient experience during the clinical trial process
