I am a results-oriented executive with subject matter expertise in the science of bias and extensive experience in coaching, training, and consulting with 300+ companies to build cultures of belonging and inclusion. As the Founder & CEO of BE MORE with Anu (BMA), a learning & development company, I've reached over 100,000 professionals in 12+ sectors to enhance employee engagement and empowerment, promote cultural transformation, and drive business outcomes. I was trained at NYU and Cambridge as a social scientist, human rights lawyer, and an educator and I have extensive experience in working on cross-cultural challenges globally. I've used my cross-disciplinary skillsets to coach, mentor, and design education and training programs that have Impacted over 30 million lives.
