As the Founder & CEO of BE MORE with Anu (BMA), a learning & development company, I've reached over 100,000 professionals in 12+ sectors to enhance employee engagement and empowerment, promote cultural transformation, and drive business outcomes. I was trained at NYU and Cambridge as a social scientist, human rights lawyer, and an educator and I have extensive experience in working on cross-cultural challenges globally. The study's findings were presented to the the Pipeline Crisis Initiative: Winning Strategies for Black Men, convened by the law firm, Sullivan & Cromwell.
