I am Quick Brown Fox.From childhood, I always wanted to be ahead of everyone. It all began when I was 13 years old during my elementary school days in grade 8. During a computer lab class, our computer teacher demonstrated and explained each component of the computer hardware and Microsoft Office 2003 and told us to type anything we wanted using a Microsoft Word document to practice finger placement on the keyboard and to increase our typing speed.The trick I used on that one page allowed me to be the first to complete the page. I was aware of the Quick Brown Fox code that auto-populates dummy text in paragraphs using =rand.old(1,5) & I used it. It made me feel like a winner & a computer champion. Many of my friends asked me how I managed to complete it so quickly, even praising me for my work & asking the secret. I taught the trick to those who were interested in learning it. It was the very moment that sparked my interest in computer hardware & software.I was drawn to an IT career because I show a tendency for computer skills from a young age. Also, I enjoyed math & science. When I began using the computer, I naturally became interested in learning how it worked. I developed basic computer skills. I took a computer course at high school to gain a deeper understanding of computers & their technologies because of my interest. Then I joined a computer engineering & focused on computer networking in college. As I further developed my skills, I decided to pursue a career in the IT field. I’m looking for a job where I can apply the computer networking skills I already have & develop new ones too. I chose this career because I love computers & their technologies. So I want to continue improving my abilities in doing so.And professionally, I am a highly accurate data processing specialist with 5+ years of customer service experience with a positive attitude maintaining 98% accuracy in two fast-paced data entry positions. And I am a recently certified Google IT Support professional eager to support more global organizations in creating long-lasting customer relationships through conflict resolution to ignite my career in high skilled IT jobs.What certifications and training are you pursuing to increase your IT expertise?
