I ran training operations and ensure both staff and users were trained. In 5 years, we trained close to 50,000 users across various geographies.

• Working with characterization team in ISDA alliance and develop POR tracking methodology (eg. JMP Scripts) to enable lot analysis and deploy to integration team. Use various statistical trouble-shooting tools eg correlation, ANOVA analysis and equipment timeline studies.• Evaluate results of inline macros and work with relevant characterization groups to provide an accurate technical interpretation of issue and based on results, work with integration team to define next round of experimental splits. • Propose/select a set of design macros termed HOL (Health of Line) indices to screen and optimize process module results to meet technology targets relating to performance, Yield and reliability from a test structure perspective.• Prioritize and grade importance of macros being tested to create a priority list which accurately characterize key process changes within minimum time.• Verify and debug test programs and testing issues of HOL macros and seldom checking layout to catch any potential design errors.

• Implementing Six-sigma DMAIC process to accurately identify and track Desktop related incidents globally and implement solutions to reduce global incidents by a target of 25%.• Used Minitab software to analyse the incident data using statistical analysis. Identify the variables that have a significant effect on the issue.• Brainstorm potential solutions based on the analysed data and generate different possible solutions.• Working with teams in different parts of world, mainly Asia, Europe and North America, to implement the solutions and ensure the solutions implemented become part of the process for sustained improvement.

• Module Leader: Led the team of 4 engineers stationed in China office to do the identification, diagnosis, and correction of back-end-of-line(BEOL) process/layout which limit product yield and/or performance.• Actively participated in preparing and presenting the technical presentations for PDF specific software sales at different semiconductor clients.• Provided technical support as a single point of contact to the customer during and after installation and served as a liaison between the customer and other departments in the company.• Developed a healthy relationship with clients in US, Singapore and France, by not only providing on-site support but excellent customer service through phone and e-mails.• Actively mentored junior engineers to step up on PDF methodologies and technical know-how of PDF specific software packages.

•Implemented IEEE 802.11 b PHY layer protocol for Wireless LAN on Advanced Digital Signal Processor-C55X.•Generated assembly codes for various intermediate process taking place at Receiving End such as Synchroniser, Equaliser, Descrambler and Demodulator.•Composed C codes to call these assembly codes and checked the performance of the codes in real time.
