My journey of coaching is an outward expression of my own self-discovery journey that started around 2015. I find it absolutely amazing how helping others leads to deep feeling of satisfaction & joy. I worked with PepsiCo for nearly 23 years since 1999. I have experience across Commercial, General Management, and Transformation Functions spanning roles across India, Indonesia and PepsiCo's AMESA and APAC* Regions. ​I discovered a passion for Coaching while supporting my team members. I continued formal and informal coaching conversations over more than 7 years. Combined with my passion for self-awareness and Eastern philosophies including Vedanta and Buddhism, I finally entered a full-time career as a Life and Executive Coach in 2022. And that's when I set up Three Circles. ​In addition to being a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Executive Coach, I am also a Certified Fulfilment Coach and a Certified Wellness Coach with CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance). My specialization is to work with mid-lifers - people who are at the “been-there-done-that-but-still-looking-for-more” stage in their life – seeking a sense of purpose, balance, and fulfilment. ​I use my life experiences, powered by coaching techniques and an open style to enable clients to discover their own sustainable solutions. ​An MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, (India) and a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, I live in Bangalore with my wife Pooja, and we are blessed with our 15-year-old twin daughters, Anusha and Ananya.
