-Leading and handling all incoming incidents.-Collaborating with other teams to discuss the root cause and decide on the recovery steps for each incident.-Making sure the recovery is implemented before the ETA and with minimal escalation and maximum priority.-Sending communication emails specifying details such as the time of the error, the service that was impacted, its current status, error description, the no. of users that were affected, and the recovery action.-Presenting a monthly consolidated report of the project to the manager.-Deciding on the creation of a problem ticket for an incident based on its root cause.-Getting leadership approval for app credentials and other access requirements to the team.-Create the monthly shift rotational plans, manage team offs, and arrange for resource backup in the absence of a team member.-Guiding, motivating, delegating tasks, and taking responsibility, wherever required by the team to complete their tasks.

-Working on the resolution of the incidents faced by the users of the Bank of Ireland.-Perform ELK reporting by checking description/notes in the alerts generated in Service Now and gathering the relevant information.-Collaborating with other teams to find the root cause and implement the recovery.-The team recovers the issue before the actual ETA given for it based on the severity.-Maintaining team notes with all the operations performed during the reception to recovery of an alert which can be later referenced.-Work on files related to cheques to verify if the amount has been transferred successfully or not and share the insights.

-Monitor the applications under AppDynamics for the Bank of Ireland.-Continuously report the server activity from the dashboard and take notes based on the specified criteria.-In case of unusual behaviour, collaborate with the technical support team to fix the issue by handing over the report/notes and briefing about the issue.
