As a payroll executive, My duties is to managing employee payroll information, processing payroll, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll and benefits. They must also maintain accurate records related to employee payroll and benefits. To be successful in this role, I have good knowledge of payroll management, attention to detail, and an understanding of payroll laws and regulations. I am also proficient in using payroll software and have good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

My role and responsibilities was to make calls to customer on the behalf of their billing related complaint and listening the issue and provide the accurate resolution to the customers and take feedback of the service request, and closing issues with the proper resolution with before the service level agreement. some of rotational task was make Payment Transfer Report, Data Mapping, Data distribution when Team Leader was absent, taking escalation calls, mailing report to client and resolving issue on mail also.
