Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has awarded three soil remediation contracts worth KWD 45 million with three international companies.One of the contract worth KWD 10.9 million was awarded to The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI)Other two companies are Spain's HERA for a contract worth KWD 16 million and South Korea's GS Engineering And Construction for a contract valued at KWD 18.5 million. I have worked as an integral part of the M/S TERI and has contributed to the successful completion of the project. Currently, I am serving my services for the second contractor M/S GS E&C and delivering my best to in order to complete this project also.  Job Profile:-Giving technical support to on-site activities and ensuring that the correct components and procedures are followed to ensure Proper maintenance and quality control. Providing Engineering expertise and technical advice to other members of staff. Spare parts Management. Troubleshoot operational problems; perform preventative and corrective maintenance on TDU and washing plant conveyors, gearbox and other mechanical and electrical components. Responsible for recording and maintaining engineering records. Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, project managers, internal staff and contractors Deep Knowledge in Operation and Maintenance of Boiler, Decanter Centrifuge, Filter press, Centrifugal pumps, AOD Pumps, Submersible Pump, Conveyor Belt units and other Rotating Equipment’s.  Manage material inputs and process parameters to ensure the smooth operation of the TDU system in order to meet treatment goals. Make necessary mechanical adjustments to ensure equipment process functioning at optimal levels. On-site management of staff. Record and report daily processing and technical information. Control PLC and SCADA system and operate thermal desorption unit

 Project : Soil remediation of contaminated features in south-east Kuwait (Lot-C), Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait.  Job Profile :- Taking care of the plant operation ( both direct and indirect TDU) Supervised the fabrication for common pipelines. Preparing permits for the plant operation, erection and maintenance activities. Handling troubleshooting related to plant operation. Continues monitoring of all the plant equipment’s for preventive maintenance in order to reduce breakdown maintenance.  Immediate response during in case of emergency, Mechanical fault, clogging of pipeline and Overflow of tanks or Equipment’s. Preparing Maintenance plans. Studying and monitoring plant process and introducing changes in it, in order to increase production. Planning/Monitoring the maintenance activities. Monitoring the causes for the breakdowns and rectifying them. Preparing method statements for some minor works/modification wherever required. Shift in-charge.  Soil testing by Retort tester (Total petroleum hydrocarbons ) Rotating Equipment Operation and Maintenance. Prepare risk schedules to identify and quantify risks and mitigation measures. Maintenance of Screw Conveyor including bearing, Tripping Valves, Pug mill (Pedal Auger and Bearing), VRU Including Venturi, Demister, Thermal Oxidiser Units ,Chillers, Cooling tower , Boiler , Air Compressor Pumps and Motors etc. Planning and execution of the construction activities. Record and report daily processing and technical information. Estimating the material list upon which Purchasing order is released.

 Project : 1. Bhakra nangal Dam Project for the renovation. (Dismantling and Erection) of (108x5MW)to.(126x5MW) FSS Turbine and Generator. 2. Overhauling of 15 MW Kaplan turbine and Generator. Job Profile :- Review documents and erection drawings submitted by the client/company. Quality inspection of the erection parts and material as per given standards. Material list & the Inspection Plan. Conducting tool box talks and communicating daily activities to the team. Manpower management. Continues monitoring of the erection activities. Supervised the Welding testing for pipelines and structures. Conducting team meetings for moral boosting of the team.  Evaluate the daily and weekly site progress, and report to the site manager Rotating Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
