Preparing and Updated Microbiology Related SOPs, Test Data Sheets, Media Consumption Records and Other Laboratory Databases. • Conduct Microbial Limit Test (MLT) of Raw Material, Finished Material, Packing Material and Water Samples. • Calibration and Validation Record Review of LAF, Autoclave, HAO, Incubator, BOD Incubator, Colony Counter, Micropipette Etc. • Maintain the In-House validation record of LAF, Autoclave and Incubators. • Performing Performance Qualification of Autoclave. • Preparing Trend Analysis Reports of Microbiological Monitoring and Microbial limit tests. • Performing Growth Promotion Test for Incoming Dehydrated Culture Media • Maintaining Microbial Cultures in Passages Periodically as per Stipulated Scheme by Seed Lot Culture Maintenance Techniques. • Microbiological Environmental Monitoring of Clean Classified Areas by Settle Plate, Air Sampling, Contact Plate Method. • Sampling of in-Process as well as Finished Products, Water System at Various Specified Points. • Monitoring of Various Parameters Such Temperature of Incubators and Room, Pressure Differential of LAF Etc. • Perform Gram Staining Along with Other Microbiological Identical Tests. • Study and Perform The Nutritive Property of Media, Decontamination Study • Maintain Positive Culture by Viable Count • Personal Hygiene of production area. • Preparation of Specific Culture
