- Prepared and successfully implemented Business plan for Gujarat and Rajasthan by adding 24 new branches. Achieved a clientele base of 50,000 in one year thereby increasing the portfolio size from INR 250 million to INR 1350 million.- Trained, managed and mentored 6 Area Managers. Guided them to consistently achieve business targets. Managed a team of 300 people at 36 locations spread across Gujarat and Rajasthan. - Developing and managing new business opportunities with business partners like Tata Capital and IDBI Bank.- Successfully implemented and achieved 95% Direct Bank Transfer into Borrower’s account, thus eliminating Cash disbursement and contributing to LMF going cashless since February 2016.- Part of the core team responsible for designing Cattle Finance Product. Successfully launched the product in the field and added 700 members in LMF. This was further scaled up in tie up with business partner, Tata Capital.- Formulated various policies such as MGT policy, Fuel reimbursement policy, surveying new districts/areas, Branch opening process to strengthen the operations.- Successfully implemented LMF’s Tech initiative ‘Mobilite’ (Mobile application) on the field: (a) Tracking of repayment from members on mobile instead of manually prepared collection sheets. (b) GRT (Group Recognition Test), Housing survey and due diligence of cases through mobile;(c) Linking of Fuel reimbursement of staff to GPS- Assessed training need and prepared and executed exhaustive training plan for building staff capability.
