• Preparing & Maintaining Quality control documents & monitoring the implementation of the same.•Conducting Concrete trial Mix for grades like (M-45, M-40, M-35, M-30, and M- 15) and getting approval from the PMC Engineer. • Preparation of Method Statement and Quality Assurance procedures for all the activities as per the Contract agreement.• Setting up Quality Control Laboratory as per the contractual requirement.• Preparing ITP and all other Quality Assurance/Quality Control related Inception reports.• Conducting Tests on Aggregate, Soil, Cement, Concrete etc... As per the approved ITP.• Calibrating all Quality related apparatus such as all lab Equipment & Batching plant etc.• Sampling of reinforcement steel, cement, raw materials, Couplers and other materials for third party testing depending on ITP.• Execution and Inspection of Well foundation, concreting and sinking activities.• Responsible for implementation of all QA/QC procedures in site.• Preparing Quality related documents such as Training calendars, NCR Summary, Audit calendars, PQR, MQR, MPR, Audit abstracts, Standard Deviation of Concrete, as per QMS according to PQMP.• Maintaining quality of concrete like slump and casting cubes at site, as per QAP and IS specifications.• Issuing Internal NCR’s for Site team on record of abortive works and follow-up for Corrective action and preventive action for immediate closure.• Produce concrete from RMC Batching plant & achieve monthly concrete quantity targets.
