A Research scholar with a keen interest in Power Electronics. My research area includes fabrication, design, and characterization of hall effect devices providing a high power density for various electronic equipment.I have been working on design, fabrication and characterization for GaN on Si, GaN on SiC and GaAs devices.Processes and evaluations done for the same are described below - 1) Preliminary fabrication of hall sensing element, fabricated on GaN-on-Si wafer.2) Preliminary fabrication of hall sensing element based on GaN on SiC.3) Preliminary fabrication of hall sensing elements based on GaAs.4) Engineered, tested, evaluated, and enhanced TRL for magnetic field sensor for application in electric machines and magnetic elements for the measurement of high magnetic fields up to 2 T.5) Manufactured and finalized the batch fabrication for the above-mentioned devices on a single wafer.Soft Tools and Libraries: MATLAB Simulink, KiCAD, Circuit Schematics, PCB Design.Programming Languages: C, C++.
