I am working as a Placement Coordinator with Techmind which is a leading IT consulting company in Chandigarh. It trains people in IT, Hr, admin and Operations. I take care of all these activities as mentioned:• Responsible in advertising job vacancies for Techmind and ensure timely recruitment and all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time lines.• Screening, interviewing and selecting of applicants with position classifications for easier evaluation.• Conducting HR induction to the newly hired staff which includes information on Company Code of Conduct, Company Policies and Procedures, Condition of Service, Salaries and Promotional Opportunities. • Records and prepares job descriptions and contract/offer letter in which wages, benefits, terms and conditions of employment is drawn. Ensure all employees are covered under statutory benefits.• To maintain the HR Operations on daily basis which includes collection and compilation of Employees Attendance. • To manage and explain the Leave Management, Transfers and Payroll to the employees. Ensure timely submission of payroll data to maintain employee records & personal files.• Arrange training programs for new employees and assign them the job tasks.• Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment such as: performance evaluation, progressive discipline, mediation of staff disputes and grievances.
