We start by understanding the key business challenges, performance indicators and freedom to drive the transformation.Agile transformation journey starts with assessing the as-is to identify the next steps. We call it Awakening. We do focused workshops and focus on creating success stories by on-boarding couple of teams and showcasing measurable growth. This is called Ascend. Time to Arise by driving agility at entire portfolio level. Finally, Apprise by driving across portfolios, groups and departments. We are already at it and look forward to rise together. :)

Responsible to help teams in facilitating their product journey and driving change that can help them in visualizing the work remained, areas of improvement and minimal changes that can maximize their outcomes.As an agile journalist, I am also responsible to showcase the transparency to all stakeholders and bridging the communication gap across the cross functional distributed teams. Brainstorming the future expectations against the realistic capacity of teams and drawing the timely burndown to predict the reasonable accomplishments.
