Implementations of various third-party products such as IBM Business Objects, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka. Handle client communications and built trusted relationships to provide end to end production support. Conducting project handover trainings and pre-sales PoC. Gained experience in developing technical client deliverable documentations and performed root-cause analysis. Has been part of product development lifecycles and requirements gathering discussions.
