Teams, and Front Desk team to resolve customer queries.- Involved in Weekly subcontractors Technical meetings to support them in resolving their technical queries.- Involved in Bi-Weekly business meetings with subcontractors for future deliveries follow up and to eliminate any delivery risk flagged by them.- To provide better technical solutions to subcontractors by proper research collaborating with various stakeholders.- To provide the solutions to be incorporated in data products to avoid future customer queries and safety issues.- To connect and collaborate with Cabin Colleagues (TDEs) located at Hamburg, Germany on various day to day activities.- To closely monitor the work progress of high priority projects in subcontractors pipelines.- To provide authoring support to the team in case of high workload.- To provide cross domain support to the airframe & systems team as and when needed.

- To do the Impact analysis of Work Request from the Input obtained through the Counter parts.- To fetch the input data (Engineering drawings, SB’s ) from the Team Center database.- To develop/validate/review the high quality Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).- To develop/validate/review the high quality Service Bulletin(s).- To develop/validate/review the high quality Temporary Revisions.- To develop/validate/review the high quality Operator’s Guide.- Expertise in Creation/Full Revision/Incremental Revision of CMM manuals associated to the different aircraft interior products such as Lavatories, Galleys, Air Chillers, Beverage Makers, Class Divider Assemblies etc. as per the B/E Aerospace Department.- To do the peer review of the work orders of the colleagues to assist in the Internal Quality Management.- To send the internal reports for tracking the work flow status of very high priority work orders.- To mentor the trainee(s) in the work flow process and to clear their doubts in the work orders.- To contact the counter parts sitting at various locations Anaheim, Cedar Rapids, Everett (USA)for project kick-offs, for work request inputs, for the clarifications of doubts through Mail Hangouts Video calls etc.-Basic Knowledge of DO 178, DO 254 standards. BOMBARDIER CRJ Program – (CRJ100/200,700,900 and 1000).As a Technical Author:-To do the impact analysis of work orders from the input obtained through the change drivers generated from the client side.-To incorporate the changes brought through the various change drivers such as Modsum, SB’s, RAF, RIL, MCR and M&P documents.-To provide illustrator with mark-ups for illustration preparations.-To author various manuals which includes AMM, AIPC, NDTM, SRM and CMM.-To produce high quality manuals referring engineering drawings using Epic editor and SAP stating the maintenance operations in simplified way which can be easily understand by maintenance personnel involved in maintenance of CRJ aircrafts at various airports.-To produce and revise the manuals as per the tech pub standards ATA100, iSpec 2100 and iSpec 2200.-To ensure the timely submissions of WO’s to meet company SLA’s and Customer requirements.-To ensure the smooth work flow through WMT to meet the AS9100 guidelines.-To provide inputs to the team for OCD WO generation.-To review the work orders of the team resources to assist in the quality management.-To send the internal reports for tracking the work flow status of very high priority work orders.-To create the work orders in the Work Management Tool (WMT) in reference to the input obtained from the client side.-To create and revise the Tasks without compromising the airworthiness of an Aircraft.-To assist in completing the work orders of Short Brothers.
