Hysteresis in Reinvolver Guidewire.Involved in the design of a novel steerable Guidewire. The aim was to study the effect of hysteresis in the design and propose solutions based on the results. Project involved developing a physical test method and an analytical model to represent the hysteresis and its effect. Conclusions were drawn from the models and solutions were presented for reducing the effect of hysteresis.

Bachelor Project on Design, Development and Analysis of Roller Pinion system in steering systems.Project was under the supervision of the President, who presided over the weekly meetings along with collaboration with Design department. Goal of the project was to eliminate the backlash in steering gears of medium-heavy duty vehicles which was achieved by use of novel pinion system. Solidworks/Pro E used for design development. Ansys FEA used for validation of results.

As an intern I was a part of the project department undertaking project related to bike assembly. Two projects were completed during my time as an intern which included both hydraulic as well as conventional joints jigs and fixtures. I was given a freehand, enabling me to work independently and gain insight into other departments such as Quality control wherein seniors shared their knowledge and helped me gain experience in those areas as well. - Managing assembly line for Mechanical and hydraulic jigs and fixture projects and inspecting the final product.- Collaborating with manufacturing and material procurement department regarding BOM.
