Role Description This is a full time Network Engineer L1 role located in Noida. The role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and configuring network devices. The Network Engineer L1 will also be responsible for monitoring network performance and ensuring high availability of the network. This is an on-site role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in configuring and maintaining networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNsExperience in TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and SNMPKnowledge of network security principles and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsAble to work effectively in a team environmentRelevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA are a plus
