Team member of APAC training team with following roles & responsibilities :o Manage Technical Training process using administrative and organizational skills to provide support to Employees of Honeywell Building Solutions in India and South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia) in training process from requirement gathering to enrollment to certification.o Manage Skills & Development Portal (STP) to take care of learning needs of HBS India & SEA employees.o Work closely with HBS Trainer to plan & manage technical training on products like EBI, DVM, Honeywell-Forge, CPO, XLS3000 & ICT.o Interact with team leaders and internal employees and support on their learning requirements.o Manage APAC Technical Training website and implement changes through website developer.o Manage training material on SVN repository and support stakeholder based on requirement.o Taking care of training charges for SEA & India business groups from billing sheet to PR request to invoice clearance. Regular coordination with finance team on payment status.o Prepare comprehensive analysis on Technical training for APAC region to help develop training strategy for different districts.o Support team using analytical skills with required reports to assess growth in training numbers for different regions.
