Simplified the process, allowing users to place orders directly from the overlay.Project 3 - AODA Tax Forms Remediation:Led the effort to provide Investors Edge (IE), Wood Gundy (WG), and Imperial Investors Services (IIS) clients with accessible 2022 Tax documents. Generated accessible PDFs tagged according to AODA standards for assistive technology compatibility.Project 4 – CDIC:Contributed to the modernization of Canada's deposit insurance framework. Implemented changes in two phases to expand coverage to eligible deposits and separate coverage for RESP’s and RDSP’s.Project 5 – Digital Client Onboarding (DCO) Investors Edge (IE):Digitized and simplified the client onboarding process for CIBC’s Investors Edge clients. Introduced the Family RESP account type and delivered a framework upgrade to Angular version 9 and the latest Omniture version.Project 6 – AML OSFI Remediation Project - EDD:Addressed deficiencies identified by OSFI in the Anti Money Laundering (AML) system. Provided the ability to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) AML rule reviews on new and existing high-risk capital market clients, systematically enforcing EDD documentation collection.

TD Bank initiated a Payments Modernization Program called Next Generation Payment Platform (NGPP) which will support TD's target-state vision of a shared or centralized Payments Services Platform. The program's roadmap supports a feasible migration of legacy payment platform(s) and the implementation of new and emerging payment products, which will address near-term and long-term business objectives. Project 1 - EFT Modernization Project: Design, implement, and launch a modernized EFT payment engine within the (NGPP) to meet market and regulatory demands, improve operational efficiencies and reduce operational risk, Business Activity Monitoring, Robust Reporting analytics capabilities, etc.Project 2 - E-Transfers Enhanced user features (Online/Mobile) Objective was to meet changing market demands and develop new features and functionalities.Project 3 – Mass Payments Business Activity Monitoring Tool (MPBT) – To monitor its operational activities and processes TD designed and launched an internal Business Activity Monitoring solution to ensure that real-time information on events, activities and processes are presented in an intuitive manner to identify issues, patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs).
