I am the Director of Weckerle India business. Responsible for the ongoing investments and business expansion of Weckerle Cosmetics with all offices and facilities in India. Key focus is on enhancing the production profile (entire supply chain), grow and enable the talents in the teams in our key markets and lead the strong development in color cosmetics ODM in the region. Budget, P&L, investment, Inventory and cost responsibility. Significant cost savings have been delivered through strategic sourcing and adoption of Six sigma and Long term investment strategy to scale up the operations in India has been developed and approval is in process from the Board.

Lead a team to Launch new innovations in Skin & Hair care products, enhance manufacturing efficiency in 10 factories, and develop supply chain sourcing strategy for South Asia( India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal). - Directed a cross functional product development- Launched 40+ New SKU every year, including Colour cosmetics and Skin care products. - Lead several projects to reduce Unilever's environmental footprint, such as retooling packaging lines to use recycled bottles and laminate to save thousand of tons plastic annually. - Developed category's long term supply chain sourcing strategy to deliver the Skin and hair care category growth ambitions while optimizing for investment capex and distribution networks and supply chain costs.-Demonstrated abilities in working on savings initiatives, thereby bringing down equipment breakdown & achieving annual costs savings.
