Working as part of Management team and responsible for Fire and Safety establishment. Prepare the procedures for personal protection and safety to staff. Training to all employees in basic Fire Fighting & Safety. Testing and maintenance of all fire equipment installed in the building. Maintain all records and daily inspection e-register of fire department as per policy. Ensuring that working of all the Fire Hydrant system, Fire Pumps, Sprinkler system, smoke extraction system, Fire Detection system. Conducting the Fire Drills and training programs. Ensure timely servicing of firefighting equipment/ extinguishers and co-ordinate with property manager for ensuring readiness of fire prevention /detection systems. Update weekly, monthly, Quarterly & Annual report & Submit. Improves safety and security at the hotel by communicating hazards with department heads and taking corrective actions. Communicates safety and security practices to all site employees. Ensures that staff patrols on a regular basis and documents activities in accordance with security and safety standards. Recruits, selects and trains employees in safety and security practices. Provides employees with coaching and counselling as needed to achieve performance objectives and reach their fullest potential.

Testing and monitoring of environmental like DG stack monitoring, Dg noise monitoring, air quality monitoring, noise monitoring waste water sample testing on quarterly basis,testing of Groud water and drinking water, Hazardous And other waste management, timely disposed off all waste like- Hazardous waste, E-waste & battery waste. as per time schedule, and submit compliance reports to pollution department. conduct Fire Safety,audit maintenance of FAS system, maintenance of fire hydrant system, fire pump room, fire extinguisher s, refilling and HPT as per IS 2190-2010, maintain check list related to all fire safety systems, EHS. all types of work permits, machine safety, HIRA, etc -security operations, -fire tender staffing and drills, -safety observations, incident investigation and reporting..fire detection system-(smoke detector,heat detector,Beam detector &fire alarm 🚨 panel Conventional/Addressable). Fire protection system:-(fixed fire fighting installation Hydrant sprinkler,CO2 flooding) .pump room operation & maintenance.All type of extinguisher 🧯 refilling & maintenance.
