I have completed projects on topics such as text mining, sentiment analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling, using tools such as R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. I am also a certified ScrumMaster, with experience in agile project management and collaboration.In addition, I have over six years of experience as a Project Specialist at Avance Care, a leading primary care provider in North Carolina. There, I have contributed to the development and implementation of corporate strategy, business development, and customer relationship management initiatives, using data analytics and insights to support decision making and optimize performance. I have also been involved in creating and delivering presentations and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and partners. Furthermore, I have been a mentor and a researcher at WomenNC, a non-profit organization that promotes gender equality and women's leadership, since 2011. I have presented my research on the status of women in political office at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and I have built partnerships with local organizations to advocate for social change.My passion is to leverage data analytics and healthcare expertise to create positive impact and value for clients and society.
