As a Food Engineer, I apply my skills to support the development and dissemination of food safety and quality standards and guidelines, food analysis, food product development, etc. I also leverage my problem solving and communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the mission of ensuring safe and nutritious food for all. I gained valuable research and development experience as an intern at FSSAI, CIIRC, etc., where I worked on innovative projects related to food quality testing, processing, preservation, and packaging. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, where I learn the fundamentals and applications of food science, engineering, and biotechnology. I am passionate about exploring new technologies and solutions that can enhance the quality, safety, and sustainability of food systems.
