- Responsible for all BTL Marketing activities, brand management and internal marketing campaigns. Actively involved in strategizing marketing campaigns for the mother brand and its various SBUs. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely- Closely work with the creative and digital agency to write and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides; designs layouts and prepares copy for its various SBUs - Establishes and implements short and long-range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.

- Orchestrating Marketing and Branding campaigns for various geographies.- Managing and Budgeting Print Media, ATL & BTL activities, Exhibition and Events.- Achieving a consistent cost reduction in cost every quarter without compromising on quality through Vendor Management.- Active participation in the industry Expo and product promotions. - Responsible for the management of Corporate events.
