As a Technology driven Leader at ReBIT, Anuja manages IT projects of National-International Importance & leads teams for the RBI, providing technical consultancy, end-to-end solutions for various data requirements, processing & reporting insights on regulatory, supervisory, and monetary policy functions. Anuja has successfully implemented RBI's program on next-generation centralized information management, to build a state-of-art integrated solution for Data Collection, Governance, Big Data repository and Centralized Analytics with 10000+ requirements across 19 departments of RBI, with multi-billion investments, revolutionizing the data infrastructure of RBI and the banking ecosystem. She has also enabled the adoption of the international ISO standard for statistical data and metadata exchange (SDMX) in RBI envisioned to achieve 40% reduction in regulatory reporting burden of 92+ commercial banks, 227 cooperative banks and 9000+ non-banking financial Institutions.In her current role, she is working with Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC) dedicated to the development of payments & enterprise products, leveraging a deep understanding of user needs and formulating effective product strategies for insurance, claims & settlements operation, Core banking & Treasury.With a passion for innovation and a commitment to user-centric design, she thrives in creating solutions that resonate with and address the evolving requirements.Anuja has strong skills in business analysis, requirements elicitation, process re-engineering, vendor evaluation, technical solutions, and project management.
