Data Analyst
Current- Provide onsite support to the AVP of Budgeting and Planning in data mining and analysis using SQL to help provide strategic improvements to the organization.
- Importing and/or extracting large amounts of data, creating tables and databases, cleansing data, analyzing data, creating and formatting reports for senior management.
- Provide support in the development and maintenance of a monthly consolidating financial forecast, key statistical trending reports such as Production Report, Issue Rate Report, Persistency Report, Seriatim Report.
- Apply technical skills using SQL in data collection, data analysis and reporting to procure data from database structures to report and provide solutions to management requests in a timely manner.
- Support rapid turnaround for ad-hoc analysis, develop use cases, research and resolve issues and interpret data to draw conclusions for managerial action and strategy as requested by AVP, VP and CFO in an ad-hoc.
- Assist in preparation of financial presentations
