- Business Analysis through past company financial and non financial records.- Cost analysis of individual departments.- Strategic Advice on company's changing financial policies. - Personal / income tax returns under self assessment and tax planning - Managing purchase and sales ledger including analyzing Accruals and Prepayments- Client bookkeeping and expense analysis.- Daily and monthly bank reconciliation.- Preliminary Accounts Preparation through VT Transaction+ software, Similar to Sage 50.- Researching on other tax related matter required for any particular client.- Visiting Conference and meeting new clients through Personal Data Base

• Casework- Organizing & Implementing New Urgent Business Visa Policies- Understanding the changing country policies and Diplomat Requirements for Visa processing. - Analyzing & Initiating further checks - health, character - as required under law. - Maintaining Daily Accounting records- Independently decide on applications for visitor/temporary residence and resident return visas applying current Regulations and policy, and exercising delegations held under the Migration Act; assess applications for citizenship registration by descent. • Administrative support & Communication:-- Receipting and recording all incoming moneys - Preparing individual client case file - Responding to routine correspondence.- Provide written and verbal advice to clients.- Daily Interaction with Indian High Commission Officers for the details of complicated or fraudulent visa cases.• Workload management - Organise and take responsibility for own workload in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement, client service and risk management.- In accordance with agreed benchmarks, complete work according to established deadlines and priorities - Provide advice to management on the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients and contribute to the development and review of work procedures and practices - Participate in workplace decision-making processes and engage in participative work practice.
