• Titan Company Limited is an Indian company that mainly manufactures fashion accessories such as jewellery, watches and eyewear having over 2000 stores consisting of 16 brands.
• This project mainly involved understanding the traditional database of the client and migrating the database from the legacy servers to the new age servers of the company for more than 23 TITAN stores, writing SQL.
• Implemented the migration of data from.NET SQL Servers to SQL Server 2019 for a Java-based web application using SQL scripts for more than 23 client locations.
• Successfully addressed real-time problems at 23 client locations and offered immediate assistance by monitoring these issues through JIRA and resolving them.
• Added new functionalities into the database and executed the deployment of all the code into the production environment with 100% efficiency.

• This project engaged in planning project strategies and managing and monitoring defects/errors/issues for more than 12 sub projects in the system through JIRA. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked on JIRA tool for implementing Change Management and Co-ordinated with a group of 4 individuals on the JIRA platform for overseeing the JIRA dashboard and assessing multiple project strategies.
• Devised the agile framework to organize, iterate and analyze the project plans by following a sprint model for more than 12 projects in the CITI group.
