Created product strategy and roadmap for improving map data quality by leveraging street view imagery and aerial imagery - Worked with cross functional teams to get alignment on the product roadmap. - Strategized sensor deployment, edge ML models and cloud tools to create maps from Amazon delivery vans. - Ideated new metrics and goals corresponding to the product roadmap and driver experience. Conceptualized AR Navigation for drivers near stops to increase safety and efficiency for drivers to deliver packages. - Filed 2 patents as primary inventor on “System for Determining and Augmenting Delivery Routes” and “Device for Presenting Augmented Delivery Routes”. - PoC approved by management to evaluate the impact of AR experience for drivers near stops.Launched Maps and Navigation experience across 4 continents.Recruited by Cruise to lead maps product.

Led and created a self-driving car intelligent data collection unit using multiple cameras and LiDARs.Product fully integrated with Daimler’s FreeNow, a premier ride-hailing service in Europe.Conceptualized and delivered an Augmented Reality in-app navigation experience for both drivers and riders.

Raised $17 MM to build HD Maps and Localization for Self Driving Vehicles. Hired and mentored a team of 35 to set up a data pipeline, edge hardware, software, algorithms, processes, tools and cloud infrastructure for localization and city scale HD Map creation. Company acquired by Luminar Technologies (LAZR) in June 2022.

Pioneered hybrid renewable energy systems to serve both public and commercial customers.Set up India’s first solar + wind + Hydrogen Fuel cell based system. Built-out a cross-functional team of engineers and operation specialists to set up 12 power plants.Accelerated the growth in revenue from 0 to $500,000 in less than 3 years.

Pursued independent research on synthesis of organ specific tissue targeting cancer drugs for imaging and drug delivery. The small molecules synthesized were tested on rats at LBNL(Lawrence Berkeley National Labs)

Created a prototype of multipurpose cooling jar. which cools a beverage from 25º C to 6º C less than 100 seconds, using reversible endothermic reactions. I was awarded the KVPY scholarship for the project. For further development of the prototype, I received the TePP (Technology Entrepreneurship Promotion Program) funding by the Hon’ President of India. A design cum process patent for the multipurpose cooling jar was filed with exclusive title and prototype submitted to TePP.

Worked on synthesis of gadolinium complexes for use in high contrast MRI scanning machines for drug diagnostics.
