Ever since I started to work, I knew I wanted to learn and explore more than my academics to find myself. Being in the core sector of thermal power plant as field engineer, I explored how big machines come together to produce electricity which the most basic necessity for everything in life now. It gave me a chance to work in shifts, dirty my hands and clothes (literally) and get familiar with various management tools which I had no idea of before. I switched role within the organization and worked in marketing (more of sales) acquiring new project for power supply. I loved to travel and meet new people everyday, understanding their need and fighting with the back-end engineering team of my company to make sure the customer gets the power supply they requested for. It was a great working experience with Tata Power for 4 years, it gave me the experience and work ethics which became inseparable part of my career. I took the jump and started my entrepreneurial journey. I, being the sole active member of the team at the beginning, found our first work within 2 months of the inception of the company. The core idea was investment intensive which we didn't have, so I started generating revenue from video production service which was complementary to the company's core product. The roller coaster ride began when a client asked if we can do VR video (360 video) for one of their events. From finding what it means, to building custom 3D printed rig, shooting with 6 cameras, stitching the footage and the first ever successful 360 clip we rendered, the whole time I knew I was in for something futuristic. It felt like an achievement to do everything by myself to prove to the team that we can do it. Music videos, corporate videos, brand films, short films, industrial training videos, event videos, VR log and many more, we kept going on. I got to work with many big names like Tata Power, Adani, JSW, Atlas CopCo, VW, Percept, Sony Liv and several other industrial and media companies. The industrial engineering background and story-telling experience led me to where I am today. I am passionate about digitalising industrial learning and training programs. I am skilled in creating training modules, video production, Direction and Editing (as well), 3D model based training applications and LMS contents. I understand the need for digital learning and I hope my experience helps bring the change most needed in skill development and T&D.
