Responsibilities: - Finance & Accounting- Controls- Investor Relations- IT & IT Security. In addition to the daily tasks I was responsible for the successful IPO project of Silmäasema in spring 2017.I managed a team of appr. 15 professionals within Finance, Controls and IT. I was a member of the management team and the secretary of the Board of Directors as well as the Audit Committee.

During a transition period I worked as the Interim CEO of Silmäasema Oyj (123 million euros, appr. 750 employees, appr. total 1.000 people working in the Silmäasema chain).

Responsibilities:- Finance & Controls- IT & IT Security- SourcingI was responsible for the Shared Services Unit of Digita Group. My team consisted of three direct reports and in total 18 professionals. I was a member of the Management Team and participated in the work of the Board of Directors. I drove major efficiency improvement initiatives to ensure profitability and regulatory optimization in a changing environment. My team implemented several major IT systems, including reporting and planning system, CRM system and network monitoring system. The sourcing team created and implemented a new sourcing strategy and it continuously achieved the savings targets, e.g. an annual >3% decrease in comparable spend each year.

Responsibilities:- Finance and Accounting- HR- ITI was responsible for in-housing and establishing of all Admin functions: Finance and Accounting, HR and IT. That included creating the processes, the implementation of new IT systems: F&A, DMS, Intranet and email as well as ensuring the human resources for the newly established functions. My team created the processes for fast close and IFRS reporting. I implemented the main HR processes of the company (comp&ben, successor planning, HRD, performance management) and supported the acquisition of new business and lead the change management process related to it.I was a member of the Management Team and a direct or indirect manager of 18 people.
