What started out as a passion to teach English Communication Skills slowly gave way to a belief that, "You can teach people to do something, but till they have a mindset to support it, no change is possible in them!"That's when I went on to learn the Language of the Mind through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and work with people with an INSIDE OUT approach. The intent to serve people by donning the hat of a Mind Coach and Intrapersonal Communication Specialist so people can create the life that they want free of fears realizing their Inner Power fuels me to only do more!As a Co-founder at Unfear Changemakers, I take on the role of a Mind Coach, NLP Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner (NFNLP, USA) and a Diploma in Art Therapy (CPD) has also led me to collaborate with meaningful people full of passion towards a common intent of making a difference to people. As a Co-founder at The Soulful Exploration, I play the role of a Zen Lifestyle Expert and throw my experiences of life as an Energy Work Specialist (World Pranic Healing Foundation and Institute for Inner Studies, Manila) and a Law of Attraction Practitioner (Global Sciences Foundation) to a concept of Leading with the Mindful Heart! We curate experiences in the Lap of Nature enabling people to find themselves by reconnecting back within.Currently, I actively play the Karnataka Chairperson for Coaching (ALL) besides being felicitated for my contribution in the Coaching Field through the Shikshaka Ratna Award. I was also awarded 'Exceptional Women of Excellence' at the Global Annual Conference of Women Economic Forum (WEF 2018). I am also a Life Member of Quality Circle Forum of India and Indian Association of Adolescent Health.My stint while at Citrya Innovations as their CMO fueled the urge in me to combine my skills as an excellent communicator and business generator into something with more meaning and value. The role allowed me to explore the vast arena of Business Development to learn while on the job which had seen me delve into exciting business strategies besides being responsible for company branding and positioning.
