Regional Account Manager-Asia Pacific
Current• Spearhead multi-dimensional aspects of assigned client portfolio of regional accounts across 13 countries in Asia Pacific Region, steer business worth USD 30 million while maintaining 98% client retention goal• Direct contract negotiation, and business planning & reviews while ensuring adherence to business objectives• Build positive rapport with the Account Management team globally throughout the customer lifecycle• Nurture positive client relations, pilot smooth onboarding of new clients with detailed SOW and set up transparent client expectations• Helm incremental business growth through new market or business expansion and upselling & cross selling of products & services• Maneuver P&L management by optimizing client travel program, improvising payment terms & workforce management.• Lead the implementation of new tools and oversee account receivables to keep within 30 days• Enable simplification, standardization and automation of operating systems/tools/processes• Liaise with stakeholders across functions and developing strong collaborative cross-function relationships to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business plans. Handle the process re-engineering to optimize business results• Serve as a mentor to train and manage teams for ensuring paramount quality service and customer satisfaction• Navigate in a dynamic ambience with high sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail • Resolve complex issues through problem-solving methodology and root cause analysis • Coordinate & ensure efficient / on-time delivery of project milestones and following proper escalation paths
