I am a passionate educator committed to making a meaningful impact in our education system. With the completion of my bachelor’s in education from Fatima Jinnah Women University in 2020, I developed a strong foundation in pedagogical principles and teaching methodologies. Throughout my degree, I actively engaged in practicum and internships, refining essential skills such as lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and student psychology. Most importantly, it gave me an understanding of the challenges our educational system is facing.Motivated by a desire to play my part in solving those challenges, I joined Teach for Pakistan in 2022, dedicating myself to combating educational inequality. During my fellowship, I collaborated closely with students in under-resourced communities, equipping them with essential skills to navigate challenges and achieve success.Through this experience, I acquired a diverse skill set encompassing differentiated learning, community partnership building, remedial instruction, literacy development, and nurturing non-cognitive skills. I am deeply committed to fostering collaboration, empathy, and inclusivity in educational settings. Furthermore, I am dedicated to continuous growth, eagerly embracing new opportunities to contribute positively to educational initiatives.
