I manage the Sterling Fulfillment Optimizer solution, which uses AI to help customers optimize their fulfillment by reducing their overall cost to serve. In my time with the team, I have helped us go-live with the first big UI enhancement, foundational and first of its kind features around explainable-AI in order management, and increased the customer base by 33%.
