I am currently the deputy head of the Water Production department of Grenoble Alpes Métropole (France). In this role I am responsible for the continuity and efficiency of water production operations. Before moving to France, where I have also set up as an independent consultant in the field of water supply planning and operations, I worked as system optimisation engineer in the UK, looking at optimisation and risk assessments of clean water network operations for an area of approx. 500 k customers. I also worked as a water resources management engineer, developing hydraulic and hydrological models, as well as climate change impact assessments and water sector adaptation plans for Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis and Grenada. My field of expertise is hydraulics, water supply and distribution, water resources modelling and management as well as water sector adaptation planning. I am a competent water supply and flood hydraulic modeller (Infoworks WS, LISFLOOD-FP), and an experienced GIS and R coding language user.
