Customer Service Officer
Current• Involved in demonstrating the customers the process of sending money using the organizational services and assisting the customers requiring help.• Generate awareness about the organizational products and services to the customers aimed at securing additional business from the customer Manage of all aspects of customer enrolment process.• Function as a member of the marketing team to achieve the conversion and transaction targets. Collate and escalate customer feedback on the products based on the business and operational requirements.• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities, and provide the first point of contact for customers. Assess competitor’s activities and marketing events• Conduct customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning. Manage and maintain the retail service standards.• Guide customers on the usage of Mobile app and MTM Machine (Money transfer Machine). Focus on new customer sign-up, and manage the AML and KYC.
