My team mate and I developed a 5-day social entrepreneurship program design. This included daily guiding principles and learning objectives, participant outputs, resources and a scheduled timetable. Our program design was developed through conducting desktop research, focus group discussions, a collaborative Design Workshop and participant observation at EdTech Hackathons.

I facilitated online and in person community-based sessions for a network of immigrant women

I worked in adult learning focused on talent and competence development and upskilling, talent review and retention, performance evaluations, workforce of the future, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing. Some of my big projects and responsibilities included: • Leading the introduction of the performance evaluation system known as ‘Career Round Table Module’, within Workday (a HR ERP software) with managerial staff• Creating and implementing a development 360 diagnostic survey with an automated operational process and report creation to understand development needs • Conducting training sessions on topics such as advanced coaching, interviewing skills, skill development frameworks, feedback and performance (I received a mean rating of 4/5 from participants in evaluated sessions)• Spearheading a new exit interview procedure to identify causations of people leaving, conducting exit interviews of managerial staff with the Human Capital Development Partner and producing reports

I researched and designed a Literacy and Life Skills educational program for out of school children (OOSC) and contributed to the operationalisation of multiple pilot centres. My impact can be seen through when I:• Conducted a primary-research based, needs assessment, including developing the research tools such as questionnaires for interviews and focus group discussions, trial lesson plans for parents and OOSC, and the use of literacy walks• Created curriculum principles for the program• Had a leadership role for the ‘Life Skills’ classes where I designed the curriculum, lesson plan format, and lesson plan content for classes for a 6 month duration• Designed a quantitative and qualitative Baseline to monitor impact of the pilot centres

I worked closely with several public health programs, and IRD (Interactive Research and Development), an international organization, to develop and execute culturally-appropriate public health program communication materials, tools and approaches. This included developing a skillset in:• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to identify target populations behaviors and needs in multiple cities• Conceptualising and executing research and training materials and written reports for large scale projects such as a national deworming program • Developing research strategy and design for projects such as a mobile applications to impart learning around public health to a treatment adherence study for multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients• Creating engaging multimedia content for social media to increase awareness and promote public health programs and events

I observed and facilitated the creation process of a monthly magazine of politics and current affairs. This included:• Interviewed acclaimed Indian sociologist Ashis Nandy for regarding his article ‘Pakistan’s thriving culture of corruption’-­October 2016 issue• Conducted research and fact-­checking to ensure authenticity and accuracy for the magazine• Conducted data gathering on current national and international political and social events
