Worked as higher multiple positions in MARI NGO for various project like WASH in Community and Schools, infrastructure development in government schools, Governance program, Livelihood project, Child labour program etc. Worked with all kind of community in village, mandal, district level stake holders for the betterment of people in villages. Reached more than 1 lakh people in these 13 years of work.

Worked in Dr. Reddy's Foundation for Livelihood project for youth, training and placement assistance. Explained the topics to the aspirants and conducting practical. Conducted Road shows, Induction to aspirants, working out numerical, giving assignments, Motivating trainees to enhance their performance levels. Attending projects meetings with Partners/Livelihood Associates, conducting Parent’s meeting, verifying bills, Delivering Subject & Work Readiness Module to aspirants, Placements assistance & follow-up etc. created rapport with business stake holders like Metro hyper market, Trinetra super market, Reliance fresh etc. for the placements to the aspirants.
