Project Manager
Current• Pre-project planning phase i.e., evaluating the technical & commercial feasibility of options to form a background for Go / No go in the projects business case.• Engaging with the Procurement / Sourcing team & Design consultants to develop the RFQ packages followed by Vendor Evaluation & Qualification.• Work & coordinate with various stakeholders – Plant departments, Design Consultants, Contractors / Vendors / Suppliers, engage in discussions to understand the business impact of new initiatives based on the options selected on the ongoing operations & accomplish the project deliverables.• Planning, implementing, monitoring the projects, with due emphasis on project success criteria of Design optimization, Value engineering, Safety, Quality, Schedule & Cost.• Managing risks to the Project by anticipating & mitigating circumstances, which could prevent the Project “from being completed” in accordance with the established Project objectives.• Ensure punch list identification / close out, commissioning & seamless transfer to the O&M team• Communication/coordination with Govt., local bodies for Legal & IR issues• Ensuring adherence, the quality standards as well as maintaining 100% compliance for process interlocks• Appraising the prevalent production systems/ process, identifying loopholes if any and taking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same for future reference • Conducting safety internal audits & risk assessment; implementing Health Safety Environment Management System.
