Preparation of proposal towards balance sheet entry which is needed during the month end closure of books. Experience in accounting for the settlement of funds in case Mergers and Acquisitions and coordinating internal and external client relationships in existing and new business deals.. Work with internal audit team and provide the details and clarification required about the reconciliation of the custodial account. Analysis of funds transfer during the month end closing of all the GL's which effect investor accounting team. Work allocation to team, review of monthly reconciliation process, preparation of monthly report and balance sheet report.. Perform variance analysis and prepare financial reports for Investors and Management every month. Interacting with difference business unit to resolve and fix the issue from route cause so that issue should not be recurring in nature. Training on new joiners in the team and providing refresher training as per requirement. Working in enhancement of project which can decrease of the time of reconciliation and increase the accuracy of work done.
