At Pyramedia Group's health care units, such as Delma Medical Center, I oversee both the financial aspects and the management of medical equipment .Additionally, I take on the role of a Senior Accountant at one of the group's companies, Global Dimension Consultancy.Responsibilities include:*Generating MIS reports*Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Accounts*Processing payments for freelancers*Conducting bank reconciliations*Verifying documents for three way -accurate payments and negotiating payment terms with suppliers*Managing all supplier relationships and ensuring timely payments within budget*Monitoring and reconciling Accounts Payables & Receivables*Overseeing payroll and VAT filing for Global Dimension Consultancy (under Pyramedia Group)Fixed Asset Responsibilities:*Tracking and monitoring assets with real-time updates*Coordinating asset transfers*Managing asset movement forms and updates*Updating custodian records monthly*Maintaining and updating asset status by location*Recording asset movements and depreciation in Visual Dolphin Accounting Module*Compiling and submitting fixed asset registers for audits*Assisting the finance team in finalizing fixed asset schedules to meet audit requirements
