I am a post-graduate architect with 20+ years of experience of doing architectural consultancy of residential projects, all on my own. I have a sound working knowledge of design and user interface, passing of plans, on-site supervision and construction management and interior finishing of residences . I started teaching in 2012 with design studio and drawing studio, with the result that the gap between the studio and the reality was all too clear. Apart from the glaring differences between pedagogy and construction; I observed that the studio pedagogical approach was maybe lacking in some quarters. I am currently doing Research in Housing Design Modifications and Guidelines for my PhD (Planning) from Amity University. I am also involved in design and construction of Residential projects in and around Delhi NCR.My other skills include-communication, innovation, and creativity, decision making, Research-oriented, time management, Assertiveness, efficient etc..
