Responsible for activities like marketing, Talent Acquisition, Client relation management.Finding various new businesses opening & arranging promotional programs to get commercial business and attain set goals.Assessing market, current trends in market, finding competitors.Recruitment in a fiercely niche and competitive SAP market.Sourcing candidates from multiple channels, Head Hunting, Extensive networking, company mapping.Requirement Analysis, understanding the Client requirements in detail and then positioning candidates accordingly.Recruiting across multiple domains levels across the organization from Executive Senior management to various levels in engineering.Ensuring fulfilment of all client requirements on time.Responsible for end to end recruitment for all Technical / Functional profile .

- Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a skills inventory - Assist in human resource planning and identification of learning needs.- Plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional strategies; including developing the best methodologies for training delivery - Create a training and development strategy, vision and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization.- Support succession planning initiatives by developing and maintaining career development programs
