Generate offer letters, background checks, reference checks.Payroll maintenance in software systemHandling various functions like Induction, Training & Appraisals Regular updating and maintenance of Personnel systems and procedures Coordination and ensuring completion of all documentation and processes related to employee relations, separations and appointments.Areas of Exposure/Expertise:Recruitment ActivitiesFulfilling requirements as per valid requisition received from departmental/categories head.Hiring desired candidate at right time. Organizing induction program for new candidates.Salary AdministrationComplete handling of salary administration related to all employees/trainees/contractors in Alef (Payroll System)Constant updating of promotion details and salary slabs. Handling of employee PF accounts. Managing leaves of employees/PF/ESI etcGeneral Administration & Personnel ManagementPolicies implementation with primary focus on employee's satisfaction.. Effective utilization of funds to provide better work environment and basic amenities within office premises. Maintenance of employee related documents and data.Keeping track of staff performance appraisal.Monitoring probation cases.Team Management Managing 350 permanent staff as well as 200 contractual workers of organization.
